A Victorian opal and diamond brooch, of heart form set throughout with rose cut diamonds, central old cut diamond flanked by three oval opal cabochons within millegrain mount, white metal faced yellow gold, later brooch pin fitting to reverse with central screw fitting (now missing), 3.3cms high.
